The email address used to login and manage my business listing is no longer active. How can I gain access?

You should still be able to login using the original inactive email address and password. Once logged in, you can update your login email and password in the “Account settings” section of your member profile.

If you have forgotten or don’t know the password, our support team will need to unassign the registered email account. Once unassigned, you will be able to claim and manage your listing with a new email address. Please let us know via this form and supply the details of your business.
