I can't change my business name, address or phone number. Why?

If your business name, address and phone number are greyed out and can't be edited in the Business Centre, this is because you purchased your listing from Sensis. 

Practically, this means that the data for your business name, address and phone number is hosted by Sensis, and not by True Local. Consequently, any changes have to be made on the Sensis database.

We kindly ask that you contact Sensis directly to request any update of your business name, address or phone number. You can either call Sensis on 13 23 78 or email them at email@sensis.com.au.

 Changes made by Sensis will then flow through to your True Local listing.
